How are assessments paid?

General Assessment: The general assessment is paid in two equal installments due on January 1 and July 1 each year.

Special Assessment: A special assessment is due in full on the date specified in the special assessment invoice letter.

Specific Assessment: A specific assessment is due in full on the date specified in the specific assessment invoice letter.

All assessments can be paid by check addressed to the Association via the Community Management Company, or they can be paid online at the Community Management Company’s website for Avery Park using either from a bank checking account or with a credit card (there may be a fee charged to use a credit card).
