Are There Children in the Community?

Avery Park is a diverse community where residents of all ages get together to enjoy the array of amenities that are offered, from the pool, playground, trails, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. 

In the summer, it’s not rare to see a group of kids playing basketball on one side of the court, with a pickleball match on the other. We have a brand new playground to accommodate the many kids and grandkids that visit, and folks of all ages gather under the picnic pavilion and come to enjoy the pool on a warm day.
