[2024-7] Smokemont Road Damage [IN BIDDING PROCESS / WAITING ON VENDOR]

Status: In Process / Waiting on Vendor

The road at the top of Smokemont near Double Knob was damaged by a concrete truck this summer.

We are in the process of getting bids from vendors for the repair.

We are also trying to meet with the ARB chair to hand off the assessment of the damage deposit on the related construction project, or receive compensation directly from the concrete company that damaged the road.

Update August 19, 2024:

The same vendor will be handling this issue that is handling 2024-8 and 2024-5.
