He cleaned our windows before we
moved in. I didn't ask him to
clean the windows in the garage
doors; they were a mess, and had
been splattered with polyurethane
from the painters. He cleaned
them -- scraped off the PU and made
them shine, no extra charge!
He just couldn't stand walking past
such dirty windows :)
