Comments: I have used Ron Webb and his colleague Chris a couple of times over the last few months for home repairs and projects. I have found their work to be excellent, dependable, low cost, and fast. They also show up early, work late, and live in the Avery Creek area. Their specialty is carpentry work but they also do painting, masonry, light electrical, tile work, and other minor repairs. The work they did for me included closing in two sheds under my porch (including roof drainage), installing ceiling fans, putting in light fixtures, putting in a double sink replacing a single sink in the master bedroom (including plumbing), putting in a medicine cabinet, indoor trim replacement, and putting in a roof drainage system over a covered patio. I highly recommend them and would be glad to show you what they have done at my house.

As needed, she also brings in the mail, takes out the garbage, and waters the houseplants. She leaves a note telling us how Angel was while we were away, and she expects a phone call upon our return so she knows we're really back and she should stop coming over. She also does dog sitting & walking, although not for us.
Comments: Once when we were away, Tamara alerted us to a problem with the pump in our water feature. We were able to get a neighbor to quickly fix the problem (MJ to the rescue!) saving us the expense of a repair or replacement. When we return from our trips, the cat's always happy & healthy and the plants are still alive.

He cleaned our windows before we moved in. I didn't ask him to clean the windows in the garage doors; they were a mess, and had been splattered with polyurethane from the painters. He cleaned them -- scraped off the PU and made them shine, no extra charge! He just couldn't stand walking past such dirty windows :)
