Welcome to Avery Park!  We have a great community here in an absolutely beautiful area of western North Carolina.  Our community is surrounded on three sides by Pisgah National Forest so our wildlife is plentiful and varied.  We are a diverse neighborhood; residents range from their thirties to over eighty; retirees; working parents; stay at home moms and numerous children of all ages.  Complementing our beautiful natural setting is a pond with dock structures, tennis court, and playground, trails, and pool and cabana area.

The 2012 Board of Directors is composed of:

President:  Sally Sparks, 721 Streamside Dr, 423-0305, salire@att.net
Vice President:  Mary Tondreau, 1104 Standing Deer Tr
Sec/Treasurer: John Martin, 826 Stoney Stream
BOD members can be contacted via Jane Fuqua or Heather Martin at IPM, 828-650-6875.

Our management company is IPM Corporation located at 2620 Hendersonville Road in Arden.  Property owners may receive the following items from IPM:
(1)  ONE Remote gate transmitter at no cost.  The fee for additional remote is $35.00.
(2)  Vehicle decals to be placed on the lower left side of the driver’s front windshield.
(3)  ONE Key for access to the pool cabana.  During the specified season identified by the  BOD, the pool may be utilized from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
(4)  Assignment of personal gate access code.  The gate is closed 24/7 unless prior coordination and approval is received for a specific function.
       ·
To gain access, the gate may be opened from your residence using your home phone.   Ensure IPM has programmed your home phone in the call box.  When someone calls from the call box, press 9 on your phone.  This will disconnect you from the caller and open the gate.

Our community coordinators at IPM are Jane Fuqua and Heather Martin.  The phone number for IPM is 650-6875.

There is a monthly meeting, fourth Wednesday at 3:30 held at the office of IPM, between the BOD and our community coordinators.  This is an open meeting where any property owner may attend.  If there is a discussion item, it must be submitted to IPM 10 days prior to the meeting and property owners are allotted 15 minutes to present their ideas or areas of concern.

Ensure you have a copy of Avery Park Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions in addition to the Architectural Design Standards.  Any work to unimproved property, including but not limited to, well installation, roughing in of driveway, etc, MUST be approved by the Architectural Review Board (ARB) prior to commencement of work.  Lack of approval from the ARB may result in fines levied.  Changes or modifications to existing structures also require ARB approval prior to initiation of modifications.  Fees, requirements and notification process are contained in these important documents.  For convenience, appropriate forms are posted on our web site.
